She studied industrial engineering (specialising in mechanical engineering) at the Technical University of Karlsruhe (KIT), supplemented by a year abroad at the Kungliga Tekniska högskolan in Stockholm (Sweden) in the field of industrial production.
Carla Lippert is characterised by a high level of leadership and management experience in group companies. She worked for over 7 years as an internal consultant and project manager for executive/organisational development. She has extensive expertise in the responsibility of complex strategy projects, in reorganisation and change as well as in the successful negotiation of reconciliation of interests and the development of socially acceptable measures in the restructuring and redimensioning of departments.
With more than 14 years of management responsibility at divisional/executive level in HR and production, Carla Lippert has in-depth knowledge and successfully practised leadership skills, particularly in dealing with change and crises (also in operational business), with the development of strategic objectives and successful transfers into practice.
She has been working as an independent consultant since 2020. Her areas of specialisation are excellence in leadership, executive coaching, vision development, leadership/team development and resilience.
Her passion is to guide executives, entrepreneurs and organisations to their true potential with ease – successful, authentic and clear.
