HEALTH MANAGEMENT
ONLY A HEALTHY COMPANY IS EFFICIENT AND SUSTAINABLE IN THE LONG TERM!
Healthy, active and motivated employees with the right professional and personal skills are the key to a company's success. The INQIMACO® BGM concept is a holistic and process-oriented system of a company health management (BGM), which covers the entire process from strategic planning, organization and implementation to controlling and improvement of all company activities, which are intended to protect, maintain and promote the health and well-being of employees in the long term.
The holistic view includes the physical, mental, emotional, social and spiritual components of a person. In this respect, the health and well-being of employees form the basis for performance and quality of life.
In addition, process-oriented, comprehensive consideration is given to the health-related optimization of working conditions (ratio prevention), the promotion of the health competence of employees and managers (behavioural prevention) and the development of a corporate health and prevention culture.
The INQIMACO® BGM concept takes into account, among other things, the following requirements and objectives as well as system and subsystem elements, which are individually adapted to the respective requirements of a company:
A. Requirements and goals
Workplace health promotion, changes in the world of work, demographic change, shortage of specialists and managers, social responsibility, healthy employees, motivated employees, optimized working conditions, etc.

The development of a BGM system/process comprises a multitude of interrelated activities and measures that require industry- and company-specific process understanding. We develop organizations and processes in relation to a holistic BGM system individually and tailor-made in four phases:
1. Stocktaking and analysis (actual situation)
Topics: existing organization & structures, quality assurance, strategies, goals & concepts, budget/means, measuring instruments for data collection, communication & motivation measures, ergonomics, nutrition, sports & exercise, mental health & relaxation, addiction prevention, medical examinations, work & family etc.
2. Development & definition (target situation)
Development or further development of the topics mentioned under stocktaking and analysis and their definition.
3. Implementation & communication
Implementation (project management), defining roles (including BGM steering committee, working groups), overcoming resistance, communication, moderation, training & coaching etc.
4. BGM controlling, monitoring & continuous development
Controlling (target/actual) and, if necessary, readjustment, installation of feedback loops, development of a learning organization, etc.
With our Check & Review in the area of BGM, we support the development of a holistic BGM (Corporate Health Management) as part of a higher-level corporate identity. The following topics are subject to a Check & Review:
existing organization & structures, quality assurance, strategies, goals & concepts, budget/means, measuring instruments for data collection, communication & motivation measures, ergonomics, nutrition, sports & exercise, mental health & relaxation, addiction prevention, medical examinations, work & family etc.
If our Check & Review is carried out systematically, the implementation power in the company will be improved. In addition, critical issues are also addressed sensitively and in a solution-oriented manner and measures are developed jointly. With this approach, BGM has a developing effect on the entire organization.
