Dr. Dirk Kasel is Executive Partner of INQIMACO® Training & HR Management Consultants GmbH & Co. KG and contact person at the Düsseldorf / Cologne office.
He studied chemistry at the University of Cologne and completed his doctorate in clinical pharmacology at the University Hospital of Cologne in 2003. In the following years, he expanded his competences through numerous training and further education courses in the areas of systemic and solution-focused coaching, process-oriented organisational development as well as change and conflict management.
After more than 10 years in the pharmaceutical industry in various management positions in the areas of R&D, process excellence and M&A, he moved to an international management consultancy where he was responsible for process-oriented transformation and organisational development projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Since 2019, he has been working as an independent coach and mentor for executives and international teams in renowned organisations such as Merck, BioNTech, Dräger and Bionorica.
Through his many years of industry experience and intensive work with specialists and executives in the life science industry, Dr. Kasel speaks the language of his clients. He knows the special dynamics within cross-divisional and international teams and has developed a profound understanding of the challenges, objectives and requirements for managers as well as for interdisciplinary cooperation in different organisations. In this respect, he is able to offer customised solutions and concepts and to specifically address the ideas and special expertise of his clients.
The special focus of his coaching lies in enabling the coachee to develop solutions and answers to his/her respective questions in order to be able to act more resiliently, effectively and sustainably in the future in the complex field of action typical for the industry. He supports teams in clarifying the common goal, the mutual expectations and roles as well as in recognising the existing resources in order to shape future cooperation in a more sustainable, appreciative and solution-oriented way.
