Dr Roland Hertwig studied chemistry at the Technical University of Berlin, where he also completed his doctorate.
He has over 25 years of in-depth professional experience in various specialist and management positions and was most recently responsible for Operations, Purchasing, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Merchandising, Category Management and Customer Service as Chief Operating Officer for many years. During this time, he developed a deep understanding of transformation and change processes. By combining his scientific and analytical skills with his eye for entrepreneurial and business management processes, he is able to develop and implement competitive solutions for his clients.
As a certified business coach, Dr Roland Hertwig is also able to lead and support specialist and managerial staff on the client side on a shared path to success. Furthermore, due to his worldwide assignments, he has a keen sense of cultural differences, enabling him to prevent possible conflicts and misunderstandings in advance. His flair for people, combined with his qualifications and experience, also make him a highly qualified expert in the selection of experts and executives for vacant positions.
