He studied social sciences at the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and completed his Magister Artium (M.A.) with distinction in 2007. Since then he has gained extensive experience in IT consulting services for small and medium-sized companies in various industries. His experience includes training courses on data security for works councils and entrepreneurs as well as on IT-supported business organization processes. In addition, he was able to acquire basic knowledge in various programming languages, such as JAVA, C#, MATLAB and TYPO3, as well as in software development and in the SAP environment. He started his career in personnel consulting during his time as a job coach and lecturer for an educational institution. After that he was successfully active in the search and selection of specialists and executives up to internationally operating IT consulting firms.
For him, personnel development means developing individual strategies and solutions with seriousness, so that all those involved in the process can recognise and seize future opportunities and perspectives on the market. The strength of a company is measured by the optimal coordination of its current and future employees.
