Nils Jordi Behncke has been Executive/Management Assistant of THE 1st HR ADVISORY & ETHICS GROUP© (INSEMACO®, INQIMACO® and INSECOGO®) since May 2023.
In June 2023, he successfully completed his A-levels (G8) with the advanced courses in maths and biology and has been studying environmental engineering at the Ruhr University Bochum since the winter semester 2023/24.
In his role as Executive/Management Assistant, he initially supported the management in the internal further development of digitalisation and then implemented one of the world's leading CRM systems internally with around 50 integrated individual applications from the areas of sales, marketing, support, communication, finance, HR and corporate processes, among others. With this technologically state-of-the-art and highly AI-supported CRM system, which is used successfully in over 150 countries around the world, THE 1st HR ADVISORY & ETHICS GROUP© has reached the top level of global networking and thus has further opportunities for growth. Nils Jordi Behncke is responsible for the maintenance and implementation of new applications and, in this context, for the development of AI applications for corporate processes with ChatGPT, etc.
Nils Jordi Behncke also provides support in project acquisition and executive search, and deals with the areas of renewable energies, cross-generational solutions and Generation Z, to which he himself belongs.
