Tareq Hijazi is Executive Partner of INQIMACO® Training & HR Management Consultants GmbH & Co. KG.

He began his academic training in pharmacy at the University of Jordan, where he successfully completed his Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm), and then ran his own pharmacy in Jordan until he emigrated to Germany in 2002.

In Germany, Tareq Hijazi then studied at the Faculty of Biology at the University of Osnabrück, became a Master of Science (M.Sc) in Applied Genetics of Microorganisms and initially continued his research in the field of genetic engineering as a research assistant after completing his studies at the university.

Driven by his passion for communication and interacting with different people, industries and cultures, Tareq Hijazi joined a young, growing company as Purchasing and Supply Chain Manager. In this role, he was responsible for building and managing the network of suppliers and other partners for the international supply chain with all material and information flows for production and sales. He coached employees for new tasks within the growing area of supply chain management and successfully acted as a driving force in the development and implementation of new projects and change activities with a global reach and in an intercultural environment. With his successes, he developed into Head of Purchasing and Supply Chain Management and a member of the Executive Board.

By working and living in different cities around the world, Tareq Hijazi has built up extensive knowledge and experience as a specialist and manager, as well as a deep understanding of cultural differences and their influence on business processes. These diverse experiences have positively shaped his personality and encouraged him to be the change he wants to see in the world.

For this reason, he has been successfully working as an independent management consultant in the areas of coaching in intercultural environments, intercultural consulting, leadership, change and supply chain management since 2018.

For Tareq Hijazi, in addition to focussing on optimally functioning corporate and business processes, the successful connections between companies, partners and people from different cultures, which lead to long-term partnerships, take centre stage.
